She views the arts as a means of self-expression, exploration, awareness and creativity, that with it comes a form of release and positivity. This greatly relates to YOGA. She started yoga 10 years ago as a form of fitness however soon enough realized that it had a holistic impact and aided her in many ways! Alexandra brings her knowledge of and passion for the arts and physical fitness within her teaching. She enjoys teaching a variety of yoga styles from kids to seniors! She has an outgoing personality, and has a soothing voice that both encourages and calms her students. Her mission is to help everyone express, explore, release, be creative, have fun, bond & leave each class feeling lighter, though energized and more positive. This will ultimately lead to creating strong relationships, positive - peaceful minds, healthy bodies & happy souls! Anna Ramotowska
Through a sequence of postures, breath, and sound that are integrated together, yoga is a tool that strengthens our nervous systems and stimulates our bodies to function on the highest level. I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor with 200 Hours of training from a registered Vinyasa Yoga School. I am certified with Yoga Alliance. Yoga is my passion, and I am excited to share it with whomever wishes to practice. I started practicing yoga 3 years ago, and it seemed to be one of the only things to help me to de-stress, and make my body feel great at the same time. Now that I am a teacher, I feel compelled, honored, and excited to share my love of yoga with everybody. I intend to make people feel their best, and walk away learning something about themselves or just even feeling better for the day or night ahead. I have the ability to teach beginner to advanced individuals. Let's flow together. "Helping you find peace ~ Through mind, body, and soul." Dee Greenberg
Dee Greenberg has been on a spiritual path since the age of 17. It was by a twist of fate, that Dee was introduced to the sacred practice of yoga, by a suburban housewife, who she knew as “Mrs. Berger.” It was 1970 and we practiced in Mrs. Berger’s living room. In retrospect, Dee realizes that this miraculous event that occurred totally by chance, was to have a profound effect on Dee’s life from that day forward. At 17, Dee fell in love with yoga. Dee began studying and practicing on her own with a paperback book which she purchased for 35 cents. And in her 2nd year of college another miracle happened. Dee stumbled on a free, daily Kundalini yoga class which would also end up having a huge impact on her life. Fast forward to today. Dee Greenberg has been teaching yoga professionally since 2003. She is certified in Kripalu Yoga which emphasizes breathing, proper alignment and expansive consciousness. She has also completed 500 hours of training with world renowned instructor Shiva Rea, where there is a strong emphasis on moving from core strength and allowing prana and intuition to guide you. Whether teaching beginners or experienced students, Dee takes a heart centered approach, always encouraging students to check in with their heart’s deepest desires, both on and off the yoga mat. The yoga practice gives us the building blocks to empower us to begin to thrive in any situation. This ability to thrive is often a catalyst for living our dreams. Lexi Harrington
As a yoga teacher, Lexi Harrington is passionate about the benefits yoga brings to its practitioners. She believes that yoga elevates mental health, providing practitioners with reduced anxiety and an enhanced ability to handle the problems life throws at them; because yoga teaches students to breath and find calm during challenges on the mat, it teaches them to move through life’s challenges with more serenity and less emotional upset. After experiencing the physical health that yoga has provided her with, Lexi feels yoga is the unparalleled exercise option for anyone seeking to strengthen and tone their bodies. After two years of regularly practicing yoga, Lexi found that she was stronger and more flexible than she had ever been before. She saw how yoga works the entire body and builds the muscles in every part of it, providing a completely full body workout. Along with strength building and toning, Lexi is a huge advocate of the restorative properties of yoga. Because yoga inherently creates flexibility, the practice is able to strengthen the body while enhancing the body’s longevity. Lexi completed her RYS 200 Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in January of 2016 and dove immediately into teaching. Since obtaining her certification, she has had the opportunity to teach at various yoga studios, college campuses, rehabilitation centers, Crossfit gyms, a country club and a Manatee observation Center |
